Lemme show you my very own way to prepare bruschetta. I simply called it bruschetta coz it looks pretty much lyke bruschetta.. Since i cudn't find any suitable name for it, how about we just call it Bruschetta.. easy. ;)
Preparing bruschetta is so simple that a toddler can also do it.
All you need are: bread, garlic (any amount), tomatoes, butter (any brand)
1) Chop the garlic into small pieces and place them in a container. Scoop the butter and place it in the same container with the garlic. The amount of the butter is solely depends on you or if you do not know how to estimate it, just scoop the butter until it could cover all the chopped garlic.
2) Spread the garlic+butter on the bread and place the bread in the oven for 5-6 minutes depending on the temperature you've set.
3) While waiting for the bread in the oven, you can start chopping your tomatoes into dice.
4) When the bread is done, just spread the tomatoes on the bread. FINITO! ;)
You can always modify your bruschetta by adding oregano or basil.. or pepper, salt, olive oil.. or anything.. My mom used to eat the bruschetta with eggs or fish for added protein.
There you go, my homemade bruschetta. Its simple, fast, fresh, delicious, and on top of that... its HEALTHY!..
